"Russia continues to develop a draft memorandum regarding a future peace treaty, defining a number of positions, such as principles of settlement, the timing of a possible peace agreement, a potential ceasefire for a certain period of time in the event that, I emphasize, appropriate agreements are reached," Zakharova told reporters.
Russia will hand the document over to Kiev as soon as it is ready, the spokeswoman added.
