Russia and Ukraine have started indefinite sanitary exchanges within the framework of the Istanbul agreements, the sides are transferring wounded people to each other, a source in the Russian negotiating team told Sputnik.
"Indefinite sanitary exchanges within the framework of the Istanbul agreements have begun," the agency's source said.
"The sides are handing over the wounded to each other," he added.

Russia Hands Over 1,200 Bodies of Fallen Ukrainian Soldiers to Ukraine

"In accordance with the agreements reached in Istanbul, Russia handed over 1,200 bodies of soldiers of the Ukrainian armed forces to Ukraine today," the source said.
However, the Ukrainian side failed to hand over any bodies to Russia, the source said.
