PM Modi Reaffirms India-Russia Strategic Partnership After Phone Call with Putin

Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to share details of a recent, in-depth conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin
"Had a very good and detailed conversation with my friend President Putin. I thanked him for sharing the latest developments on Ukraine," PM Modi wrote.

"We also reviewed the progress in our bilateral agenda, and reaffirmed our commitment to further deepen the India-Russia Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership," he stressed.

Looking ahead, the Indian Prime Minister revealed his anticipation of hosting President Putin in India later this year.
