The Indian External Affairs Minister will hold key meetings with Russian First Deputy PM Denis Manturov and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during his three-day visit concluding on 21 August. During this visit, Jaishankar will co-chair the 26th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological, and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC).In addition to the IRIGC-TEC session, the External Affairs Minister will address the India-Russia Business Forum meeting in Moscow, strengthening the economic ties between the two nations.

External Affairs Minister (EAM) Dr. S. Jaishankar is set to undertake an official visit to Russia from 19-21 August 2025, at the invitation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, Denis Manturov.
The Indian External Affairs Minister will hold key meetings with Russian First Deputy PM Denis Manturov and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during his three-day visit concluding on 21 August.
During this visit, Jaishankar will co-chair the 26th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological, and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC).
