“Between midnight and 6:10 a.m. on August 26, air defense units intercepted and destroyed 43 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles,” the ministry said in a statement.According to the report, six drones were downed over the Leningrad, Ryazan, and Tula regions each, while five were intercepted over the Volgograd region and four over Bryansk.Additionally, three drones were destroyed over both the Oryol and Pskov regions. Two were downed over the Belgorod and Kursk regions, while one each was intercepted over the Voronezh, Kaluga, Lipetsk, Novgorod, Nizhny Novgorod, and Rostov regions.

Russian air defense systems destroyed 43 Ukrainian drones overnight across multiple regions, the country’s Defense Ministry reported on Monday.
“Between midnight and 6:10 a.m. on August 26, air defense units intercepted and destroyed 43 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles,” the ministry said in a statement.
According to the report, six drones were downed over the Leningrad, Ryazan, and Tula regions each, while five were intercepted over the Volgograd region and four over Bryansk.
