Russian air defence forces shot down 80 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles over Russia overnight, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Sunday.
“During the past night, air defence alert systems intercepted and destroyed 80 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles,” it said.
Of these, 30 were shot down over the Bryansk region, 15 over the Republic of Crimea, 12 over the Smolensk region, 10 over the Kaluga region, five over the Novgorod region, three over the Sea of Azov, two over the Leningrad region, one over the Oryol region, one over the Ryazan region, and one over the Rostov region, the ministry added.
