It will create a network of national contact centers for the rapid exchange of information of interest around the clock," Gutsan said during his meeting with Vietnamese President Luong Cuong.The Convention is based on the principles of equality of all countries, as well as the principles of non-interference in their internal affairs, Gutsan added.

UN Convention Against IT Crime to Create Data Exchange Centers- Russian Prosecutor General
The UN Convention against cybercrime will create a global network of national information exchange centers around the clock, Russian Prosecutor General Alexander Gutsan said on Saturday.
"This is the world's first global agreement directly aimed at improving the effectiveness of the prevention and suppression of such crimes. It will create a network of national contact centers for the rapid exchange of information of interest around the clock," Gutsan said during his meeting with Vietnamese President Luong Cuong.
The Convention is based on the principles of equality of all countries, as well as the principles of non-interference in their internal affairs, Gutsan added.
