"During the past night … air defence systems intercepted and destroyed 85 Ukrainian fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicles," the ministry said in a statement.The statement added that 40 drones were shot down over the Voronezh Region, 20 over the Nizhny Novgorod Region, 10 over the Belgorod Region, six over the Kursk Region, four over the Lipetsk Region, two each over the Volgograd Region and the Republic of Bashkortostan, and one over the Saratov Region.
