Ernest Unirus said the new technology will be used in toothpaste produced under the new Tiswell brand.Nanohydroxyapatite, a calcium source, is structurally similar to natural hydroxyapatite, the mineral that makes up around 75% of tooth enamel. The company says the formula creates a calcium-rich layer on the enamel surface, helping to “seal” microcracks and repair microscopic damage. In addition, the toothpaste is said to form an acid-resistant protective barrier on the teeth. This layer helps prevent bacteria from adhering to the surface, inhibits plaque formation, and blocks the early stages of tooth decay.“Tiswell’s product has received official certification and has also been endorsed by the Russian Dental Association, as confirmed by the ‘Approved by StAR’ mark,” said Anna Chumakova, Executive Director of the Russian Dental Association.

Russian Firm Patents ‘Nano Seal’ Toothpaste Technology That Restores Natural Enamel
A Russian company, Ernest Unirus, has secured a patent for its “Nano Seal” toothpaste technology, which it says helps restore the tooth’s natural glossy outer enamel layer with regular use, the company told Sputnik.
Ernest Unirus said the new technology will be used in toothpaste produced under the new Tiswell brand.
According to the company’s statement, the technology uses “a complex combination of nanohydroxyapatite and arginine, which, with regular use, restarts the tooth enamel’s natural repair process.”
Nanohydroxyapatite, a calcium source, is structurally similar to natural hydroxyapatite, the mineral that makes up around 75% of tooth enamel. The company says the formula creates a calcium-rich layer on the enamel surface, helping to “seal” microcracks and repair microscopic damage.
In addition, the toothpaste is said to form an acid-resistant protective barrier on the teeth. This layer helps prevent
bacteria from adhering to the surface, inhibits plaque formation, and blocks the early stages of tooth decay.
“Tiswell’s product has received official certification and has also been endorsed by the Russian Dental Association, as confirmed by the ‘Approved by StAR’ mark,” said Anna Chumakova, Executive Director of the Russian Dental Association.
“Independent dental experts conducted an in-depth review of the formulation, documentation, efficacy studies, and verification of the properties claimed by the manufacturer,” she added.
