India and Russia should focus on their bilateral relationship and not pay attention to third countries, said Maxim Oreshkin, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, speaking to journalists.
“Russia and India should think about bilateral relations, not about third countries,” Oreshkin stated on the sidelines of the Russia-India Business Forum, organized by the Roscongress Foundation and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).

He added that the two countries “have clear logistics, clear payment mechanisms, and clear areas where we can deepen cooperation.” “We need to work on all of this,” Oreshkin noted.

The Russia-India Business Forum is taking place in New Delhi on December 4–5. RIA Novosti and Sputnik are media partners of the forum.
