Russia’s Chief of the General Staff, Valery Gerasimov, said Russian forces are advancing along nearly the entire front in the special military operation zone.
It’s clear Ukraine is “no longer capable of winning” the conflict “militarily,” former Chief of the French Army’s Defense Staff Pierre de Villiers told Sud Radio.

“I hope that the peace process that is underway will succeed because there is no military solution to this conflict,” he underlined.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin stressed that Russia will fully adhere to any agreements on the Ukraine conflict and that security guarantees are needed both for Russia and Ukraine.
