About 2,000 finds were transferred to museums and laboratories, and approximately the same number were restored, the press service of the Ministry of Information and Culture reported on social media.
"Last year, 42 archaeological sites were discovered and registered, and 1,890 historical objects were restored and preserved. During this period, 1,953 artifacts were transferred to the National Museum and National Laboratory, as well as to museums in Logar and Nangarhar provinces," the statement read.
