Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has departed Delhi for the UAE as he embarks on his five-nation tour.
Modi will pay official visits to the United Arab Emirates and the Netherlands on Friday.

During the visit to the UAE, Modi will meet with UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to discuss bilateral relations, regional and global issues. The leaders will also focus on advancing a comprehensive strategic partnership and boosting trade and investment.
Later in the day, Modi will travel to the Netherlands at the invitation of Dutch Prime Minister Rob Jetten. His three-day visit to the country aims to enhance cooperation in sectors such as defense, security, innovation, green hydrogen, semiconductors, and water.
