EAEU Endorses Referendum Approach for Armenia’s EU Aspirations: Statement
The leaders of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) share the position on the need to hold a national referendum in Armenia on joining the European Union or staying in the EAEU, according to a joint statement by the organization's leaders published on Friday.
"We share the position on the need to hold a national referendum in the Republic of Armenia as soon as possible on joining the European Union or remaining in the Eurasian Economic Union," the statement said.
