Cambodia's PM to Attend Russia–ASEAN Summit in Kazan: Ministry

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet will lead the national delegation to the Russia–ASEAN anniversary summit in Kazan, Russia, the country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation said.
"Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei HUN Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, will lead a high-level delegation to attend the ASEAN–Russia Commemorative Summit, marking the 35th anniversary of ASEAN–Russia Dialogue Relations, to be held from 17 to 18 June 2026 in Kazan, Russian Federation, at the invitation of His Excellency Vladimir Putin, President of the Russian Federation," the ministry said on Monday.
Leaders will discuss regional and international issues of mutual interest, as well as strengthening peace, stability and prosperity in the region and beyond, the statement said.
In addition to the main summit events, the Cambodian prime minister will attend side meetings and hold bilateral talks with foreign leaders to strengthen cooperation in areas of mutual interest and benefit.
The anniversary summit, marking 35 years of Russia–ASEAN relations, will take place in Kazan from 17–19 June. The Russia–ASEAN Business Forum will be held on 17 June on the sidelines of the summit.
