According to the ministry’s daily briefing, air defence units shot down:
4 Ukrainian long-range cruise missiles identified as
Flamingo3 rockets from the US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system
992 unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
Meanwhile, Ukraine lost over 445 soldiers in combat against Russia's Vostok (East) battlegroup over the past day, in addition to losses in manpower and equipment on other fronts, the MoD stated.
"The losses of the Ukrainian armed forces amounted to over 445 military personnel, eight vehicles and a US-made 155 mm Paladin self-propelled artillery system," the ministry said.
