Over 80% of the funding for Ukraine's military operations against Russia comes from abroad, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik said on Thursday.
"More than 80% of all military operations of that state [Ukraine] are funded from abroad," Miroshnik said at the St. Petersburg International Legal Forum.
Russia is prevailing in the conflict in military terms, advancing toward the cities of Konstantinovka and Druzhkovka, as well as in the Kharkov and Zaporozhye directions, the official also said.
"In response, we are seeing a terrorist campaign. That is to say, that state is waging an outright terrorist war, fueled by foreign funds," he added.
Miroshnik has previously said that the Ukrainian armed forces are using Western military support to disrupt civilian transport links and create unbearable living conditions for civilians.
