The devastating earthquakes in Venezuela have damaged 1,423 infrastructure facilities, National Assembly Speaker Jorge Rodriguez said.
"Three hospitals have been damaged and are already under the control of the joint staff. Twenty-five shopping malls and 1,002 other facilities have also been damaged. Overall, 1,423 infrastructure facilities have been damaged," Rodriguez said in an address to citizens broadcast by VTV.
