Twelve people have been injured in a Ukrainian drone strike on the Saur-Mogila Heights museum complex near Rostov, according to the region's Governor Yury Slyusar.
Slyusar said the Ukrainian drone targeted the Sambek Heights Museum complex in the Rostov region, a site dedicated to the Second World War.
Following the strike, Russia's Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under terrorism charges.
An investigation team including military investigators and forensic experts is working at the scene, the Committee said.
