Russia's Lavrov Lands in Philippines for High-Stakes ASEAN Talks
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has arrived in the Philippine capital of Manila to participate in ministerial meetings of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), a Sputnik correspondent reported on Tuesday.
In particular, the minister will attend the annual meeting of the foreign ministers of ASEAN countries and its dialogue partners, hold Russia-ASEAN consultations, and participate in the East Asia Summit and the ASEAN Regional Forum on Security.
