Russian Armed Forces continued to strike Ukrainian ports used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, hitting two naval vessels, as well as military cargo and fuel facilities in the port of Odessa, the Russian Ministry of Defence reported on Wednesday.
"Tonight, the Russian Armed Forces continued to strike Ukrainian ports used for the delivery of cargo for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, and military facilities in the Odessa region," the statement read.
According to the defense ministry, "as a result of strikes with air-launched precision weapons and attack drones, two naval vessels were hit while in transit, as well as port infrastructure facilities used for unloading and storing military cargo and fuel and lubricant tanks intended for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the port of Odessa."
Russian Armed Forces struck a battery of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Neptune coastal missile system in the village of Kovalyovka in Ukraine's Odessa region, the Russian MoD reported.
