The Russian army struck a fuel and lubricants tanker intended for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces in the port of Odessa (Odesa), the Russian Defense Ministry said on Wednesday.
The Russian armed forces continued to strike ports and sea vessels intended for the needs of the Ukrainian armed forces, the ministry said.
"As a result of strikes by air-launched precision weapons and attack drones, a fuel and lubricants tanker for the Ukrainian armed forces was struck in the port of Odessa," the statement said.
A bulk carrier delivering cargo to the Ukrainian forces in Odessa was hit in the area near the island of Zmeiny (Zmiinyi), also known as Snake Island, the ministry said.
Two dry cargo ships carrying military cargo were damaged as a result of precision-guided weapons strikes in the port of Yuzhny (Yuzhnyi), the statement added.
