EAEU-UAE Free Trade Deal Set to Enter Into Force on October 6: Trade Minister
The free trade agreement between the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the UAE will enter into force on October 6, 2026, Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) Trade Minister Andrey Slepnev said on Thursday.
"Today, an exchange of notes with the Emirati side took place. Accordingly, we have completed all procedures related to the ratification and entry into force of the free trade agreement with the UAE, and the date for its entry into force has been set: October 6, 2026," Slepnev said.
