A commercial and warehouse complex was hit in Kiev producing components for UAVs and that carried out large‑scale assembly of aircraft‑type drones, the ministry said. Russian forces also hit an ammunition depot in Kiev that stored M‑900 thermobaric aerial bombs, as well as ammunition for Baba‑Yaga‑type UAVs, the ministry said, adding that an assembly plant of the state enterprise Antonov, which produced the Liutyi UAV and developed manned aircraft, was hit in Kiev as well.

12:07 20.08.2026 (Updated: 13:41 20.08.2026) Russia carried out strikes against the Fire Point enterprise, which produces components for UAVs and assembled boosters for Flamingo rockets, in Kiev, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday
"In the city of Kiev, the following were hit: ... the industrial enterprise LLC Fire Point — which produced components for long- and medium-range attack UAVs and also carried out the assembly and storage of boosters used in Flamingo cruise missiles," the ministry said.
A commercial and warehouse complex was hit in Kiev producing components for UAVs and that carried out large‑scale assembly of aircraft‑type drones, the ministry said.
