Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova condemned on Monday international organizations, human rights institutions and the global media for the lack of response to deadly Ukrainian attacks on Russian civilians, including children.
"Shame and disgrace on international organisations, shame and disgrace on foreign human rights institutions, shame on the global media that fail to see children's blood on the hands of the Kiev regime," Zakharova wrote on Telegram, commenting on Ukraine's recent attacks on southern Russia.
All Ukraine's talk about how much it cares about children is shattered by the facts of these brutal murders, the spokeswoman added.

Three people, including two children, were reportedly killed and eight more were injured as debris from a Ukrainian Armed Forces' drone fell on a private children's center in Krasnodar.

A warehouse fire erupted due to falling UAV debris, rescuers are extinguishing the blaze, Krasnodar Territory Governor Veniamin Kondratyev said. Information on casualties is still being clarified, he noted, adding that drone debris also fell on residential buildings and an apartment building under construction.

Russian Investigative Committee has opened a terrorist attack criminal case, spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko told Sputnik on Monday.

"A terrorist attack criminal case has been opened in connection with the attack by the Ukrainian armed forces on civilian targets in the Krasnodar Territory," Petrenko said.

Ukraine demonstrating blatant cruelty by targeting children's institutions in Russia, Petrenko added.
