Following the meeting, the leaders adopted the New Delhi Declaration, outlining the direction for future cooperation among the member nations.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi concluded the BRICS summit in New Delhi on Sunday by urging participants to back the agreements reached with concrete actions that would transform people's lives.
"BRICS is entering its third decade. The world now expects more from us than just ideas and commitments, it expects tangible results. I am confident that through joint efforts, we will certainly live up to these expectations," the Prime Minister said in his closing remarks.
