India's Ministry of Defence said in a press release that during the visit, the Army Chief will inspect a guard of honour in Moscow and pay tribute at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. He will hold discussions with Russian Ground Forces Commander-in-Chief Colonel General Andrei Nikolaevich Mordvichev on topics of shared interest, including professional military cooperation and training.General Seth will also visit Russia's National Defence Control Centre in Moscow and hold talks with senior officials of the Russian Ministry of Defence. At the ministry, he will meet with Deputy Defence Minister Vasily Sergeyevich Osmakov, who oversees defence industry and procurement matters. These discussions are expected to provide an opportunity to exchange views on current military developments and new avenues for expanding defence cooperation.As part of his visit, General Seth will travel to the Mikhailovskaya Military Artillery Academy in St. Petersburg, where he will hold discussions with its leadership and faculty.
