The Russian armed forces struck naval vessels used in support of the Ukrainian armed forces overnight, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Thursday.
"Tonight, as a result of a massive strike by the Russian armed forces using precision-guided weapons of ground, sea, and air basing, as well as unmanned aerial vehicles, naval vessels used in support of the Ukrainian armed forces were struck," the ministry said in a statement.
Additionally, the Russian armed forces struck Ukraine's industrial enterprises, defense industry facilities, as well as energy and transport infrastructure in Kiev, Zaporozhye, and the Odessa region, the statement read.
