"As of 18:00 [15:00 GMT] on September 19, 2026, 27,452 voters cast ballots abroad. It should be taken into account that this data reflects early voting by separate groups of voters in 43 countries and at polling stations in Israel, Bahrain, Kuwait, Libya, Iraq, Yemen and China in general," Andreyev said.Russian citizens residing or temporarily staying abroad can vote at 333 polling stations in 152 countries.Elections to the lower house of the Russian parliament, along with other concurrent elections, are taking place in Russia from September 18-20. In total, 20,700 parliamentary seats and elected offices are expected to be filled. President Vladimir Putin has called the parliamentary elections the most important domestic political event.
