Russia Provides Agricultural Assistance to Africa Without Blackmail
Russia, unlike the West, provides agricultural assistance to Africa without political motives and blackmail, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Wednesday.
"While the West has turned food and fertilizers into an instrument of geopolitical and geo-economic blackmail, Russia does not impose any political conditions within the framework of specialized cooperation. I am convinced that this will continue to be the case. And the Afro-Russian agricultural alliance will become an important link in the new global architecture," Ryabkov said the Russia-Africa forum.
