Russia Works on New Diagnostic Tests and Vaccines for African Countries: Russian Watchdog
Russia is developing new tests and vaccines for Africa, where they are in demand, Anna Popova, head of Russian consumer rights watchdog Rospotrebnadzor, said on Thursday.
"For our part, we are developing tests for them very quickly, developing new vaccines that are so in demand in Africa, and the sooner we learn to do this, the lower the risks that such infections will occur here," Popova told Izvestia.
The third Russia-Africa summit and economic and humanitarian forum are taking place in Moscow on October 28-29.
