Russian forces carried out overnight drone strikes on a storage and concealment site for Ukrainian Neptune anti-ship missile launchers in the Odessa region, the Russian Defence Ministry said on Monday.
According to the ministry, the facility near the village of Tuzly was used to hide and store launchers belonging to Ukraine's Neptune coastal missile systems.
"The strikes hit the hideout and storage of launchers of the Neptune anti-ship missile systems near Tuzly in the Odessa region," the ministry said.
In a separate operation, Russian forces struck a cargo vessel sailing approximately 58 kilometers south of Odessa. The ministry claimed that the ship was transporting supplies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
In response to Ukrainian attacks, the Russian military has been repeatedly targeting Ukrainian military installations with drones and missiles, including military command centers, weapons factories, and ammunition depots.
