Accusing the Pakistan caretaker government of not being able to “distinguish between terrorists and people,” Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has questioned its “strong-arm” tactics being used in sending Afghan immigrants back home.
He, according to reports, also said there is a "lack of clarity" in its policy of repatriation of illegal Afghan immigrants.
“If you go against people, you will never achieve your target," he was quoted as saying.
Robust measures needed against the banned Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan* (TTP) shouldn’t be used against the civilians, he said.

“A distinction must be made between people and terrorists while devising any policy,” Bhutto-Zardari added.

Thousands of foreigners, mainly Afghans, have been sent back in the past weeks from Pakistan.
