The Indo-Russian Rifles joint venture is currently operating to produce AK-203 rifles. And we are stepping up dialogue in the field of R&D, exploring the prospects of jointly entering third-country markets. Unlike Western countries, Russia is ready to fully transfer advanced technologies."
India is growing more confident in its position as a future global power and a new economic locomotive, he said, adding that Bharat "rightfully sees itself as one of the leading centers in the emerging multipolar world order."
