These details were discussed by Advisor to the President of Russia Anton Kobyakov and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Russia, Vinay Kumar. Both sides noted that Russian-Indian relations have strengthened over the past decades and have evolved into a "Special Strategic Partnership."
"Cooperation is developing across a wide range of topics: India and Russia interact on an equal basis in trade, energy, science, investment, tourism, and environmental protection. It's important that the cooperation between the two countries within integration frameworks is also strengthening, which is of particular significance for the formation of a sovereign multipolar world."
