The BJP has been fiercely critical of Rahul Gandhi's ongoing foot march to unify Indians and dubbed it "Bharat Todo Yatra" - a campaign to "break" the country rather than unify it.
In a fresh attack on Congress Parliamentarian Rahul Gandhi, the BJP on Tuesday labeled him a "liar" and a political leader without any credibility.
The criticism came a day after the Supreme Court (SC) upheld the Modi government's 2016 demonetization decision.

"There is a reason why Rahul Gandhi has no credibility as a political leader. In the last few years, every allegation of his, from Demo (Demonitization) to Rafale to Central Vista, has been dismissed by the Supreme Court. Rahul should know, it will take a lot more that spinning LIES to challenge PM Modi," BJP politician Amit Malviya tweeted.

In a 4-1 verdict, India's top court on Monday said the Narendra Modi government's move to demonetize INR 500 and 1,000 banknotes wasn't flawed and that the decision wasn't unreasonable.
It also added that the federal government had the power to demonetize all series of bank notes and it doesn't hold any relevance whether the objective behind the decision was achieved or not.
The federally ruling party's latest swipe at the Gandhi scion came on a day when the former Congress president's ''Bharat Jodo Yatra" (Unite India March) resumed after a nine-day break in Delhi, and it entered the BJP-ruled state of Uttar Pradesh from Ghaziabad this morning.
On Monday, the Congress-led opposition seemed to have suffered a big setback after Akhilesh Yadav, the head of the Samajwadi Party (SP), and Mayawati, the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader, stated that they would not be able to join Gandhi in his march in Uttar Pradesh.
Mayawati and Yadav are the two main opposition leaders in Uttar Pradesh who served as State Chiefs before BJP turned it into its bastion in the 2017 polls, winning 312 seats in the 403-member legislature.
Earlier this year, the BJP became the first party in 37 years to return to power in India's most populous state that sends the highest number of MPs (80) to the Lok Sabha (lower house of Parliament).
The SP chief and Mayawati are crucial for the Congress' plans to unseat Prime Minister Modi from power in the 2024 national polls because the grand old party only has a minuscule presence in Uttar Pradesh.
Congress has only one parliamentarian, former party chief Sonia Gandhi, from the state, and it is represented by only two legislators in the assembly.
On the other hand, the SP is the largest opposition party in Uttar Pradesh with 111 legislators.
