He opined that future military conflicts will be complex affairs and would show heavy dependency on cutting-edge technology.
Chaudhari noted that future battlespace would feature "enhanced lethality, compressed sensor-to-shooter cycles, asymmetric nature of threats" and increasing media evaluation.
Also, India's Chief of Air Staff revealed the mantra for winning modern wars.
"To see first and see clearly, to reach first and reach farthest, and to strike first and strike with precision will be the mantra for fighting modern wars," he elaborated.
Chaudhari mentioned that the traditional method of fighting a battle has been thrown out of the window by war strategists and sea, air, space, and cyber domains have now become the main battlespaces in the symmetry of military operations.

Praising India's air power, the IAF chief pointed out how a strong and agile air force helps the country's leadership in formulating a robust defense strategy.
"Attributes of aerospace power enable the leadership to formulate an appropriate strategy with due cognizance given to the desired end state, conflict termination criteria, and escalation matrix," Chaudhari stated.
According to him, IAF's ability to function in multiple domains, besides its other qualities like precision firepower, increased mobility, reduced response time, etc. have made it a major component of the nation's military might.
