The Taliban** has once again dismissed Pakistan's concerns over growing terrorism-related incidents in the neighboring country after Islamabad appealed to Kabul to take action against the proscribed TTP.Pakistan blames the TTP for launching several deadly attacks in its territory in recent months after the Islamic militant group unilaterally ended its ceasefire with the government last November.The attacks include a suicide bombing in a Peshawar mosque that killed dozens and an attack on Karachi's police headquarters.Pakistani intelligence agencies claim that the Taliban is offering shelter to TTP militants in Afghanistan, an allegation Kabul has denied on multiple occasions."The Islamic Emirate has full control of the situation. Other countries including Pakistan should not link their internal issues to Afghanistan. They should try to solve their internal issues inside Pakistan. The issue of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan is a Pakistan issue. And they should solve it themselves. Afghanistan is stable and secure," Taliban's chief spokesperson Zabiullah Mujahid said in a statement.Mujahid's remarks came in response to Pakistan Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari's recent appeals."In the 600 days to the lead-up to the fall of Kabul, there were a total of five terrorist incidents in Pakistan, on Pakistani soil, conducted by these groups. 600 days past the fall of Kabul, that number went up to 50," Zardari said in his meeting with a Pakistan Senate committee earlier this week.Bhutto likewise criticized the Taliban for lacking a "border force to manage" its frontier with Pakistan.* terrorist organization banned in Russia** under UN sanctions for terrorist activities
