The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has opened a criminal case against Yevgeny Prigozhin, the head of the PMC Wagner following his calls for an "armed rebellion" on Friday.
On Saturday morning, Russia President Vladimir Putin addressed the nation on the attempted armed mutiny by Wagner chief Prigozhin, urging all forces in the country to unite and set aside any differences.
The Russian Armed Forces and other state bodies have received the necessary orders, additional counter-terrorist measures are now being taken in Moscow, the Moscow Region and a number of other regions.

Iran

Tehran has termed the attempted armed unity in Russia as an internal affair of the country, but expressed support for the rule of law in the friendly state, according to a statement issued by the Iranian foreign ministry on Saturday afternoon.
"Foreign Ministry spokesman Nasser Kanaani called the incident in Russia an internal affair of the country and added that Iran supports the rule of law in the Russian Federation," the Iranian Foreign Ministry said on Telegram.

Belarus

Putin and President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko spoke on the phone on Saturday.
The Security Council of Belarus noted that Minsk was and remains an ally of Russia, and fully shares goals its goals in the special military operation in Ukraine.
Any internal conflict in military and political circles and civil society is a “gift” to the collective West, the council added.

Turkiye

Turkish president Recep Tayyip Erdogan has told Putin in a phone call that Ankara was ready to help resolve the situation in Russia, noting that nobody should take advantage of the current state of affairs.
The two world leaders held a phone conversation on Saturday, during which Putin informed the Turkish president about the latest developments in Russia, while Erdogan extended his support to Moscow, according to the Kremlin.

Abkhaz President Aslan Bzhania expressed his nation’s "full support" for Russia.
"In connection with the attempted armed rebellion undertaken by the leadership of the Wagner Private Military Company, I declare my full support for the actions of Russian President and Armed Forces Supreme Commander Vladimir Putin to establish law and order. I am convinced that Putin’s determination and wisdom will lead to the successful resolution of the events of the last days in accordance with the constitution and laws of the Russian Federation," Bzhania said.
