Vladimir Putin has sent a congratulatory message to Pakistani President
Arif Alvi on the occasion of
Pakistan's Independence Day, Kremlin said on Monday.
"Dear President, please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of Pakistan's national holiday — Independence Day ... I am sure that by joint efforts we will continue to build up multifaceted Russian-Pakistani ties for the benefit of our peoples, in the interests of strengthening regional stability and security," the message read.
