One of the leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), the political party which is leaving no stone unturned to ensure former Prime Minister and party supremo Nawaz Sharif receives a grand welcome, promised "heavenly tickets" to all who attend the rally being organised to celebrate his return after four years' exile. According to reports, prominent politician Chaudhry Asadur Rehman, drew public criticism for promising tickets to heaven to all those welcoming Sharif at the party’s forthcoming political rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on 21 October. In an attempt to attract even more people to the event, Rehman extended the “clearance certificate” of direct entry into heaven without facing any “reckoning”, the reports said.Rehman is a former member of Pakistan's National Assembly.Sharif, who is set to return to Lahore from the UK on 21 October after ending his almost four-year exile, is slated to address a rally organised by party members.

According to reports, prominent politician Chaudhry Asadur Rehman, drew
public criticism for promising tickets to heaven to all those welcoming Sharif at the party’s forthcoming political rally at
Minar-e-Pakistan on 21 October.
In a video, circulated widely on various social media platforms, the PML-N leader, while addressing a meeting in Kamalia, can be heard saying that on 21 October, “angels will be compiling a list of those who go to Minar-e-Pakistan to welcome Nawaz Sharif”.
In an attempt to attract even more people to the event, Rehman extended the “clearance certificate” of direct entry into heaven without facing any “reckoning”, the reports said.
