Hungarian-American billionaire George Soros has made headlines this year for making controversial remarks about Indian PM Narendra Modi and having a long-running public spat with Elon Musk.
Tesla founder Elon Musk has blasted George Soros for "eroding the fabric of civilization" because he supports district attorneys in the US who according to the SpaceX CEO don't take a tough stand on crime.
Furthermore, Musk underlined that Soros "hates humanity" because he is pushing such things in other countries as well.
"In my opinion, he fundamentally hates humanity. That's my opinion," Musk said in a Joe Rogan podcast.
"He's doing things that erode the fabric of civilization - getting DAs elected who refuse to prosecute crime. That's part of the problem in San Francisco, and LA, and a bunch of other cities. So why would you do that?" he pointed out.
Musk has been a long-time critic of Soros, especially since the latter's investment fund sold its Tesla shares in May earlier this year.
