Recently, Pakistan has faced problems with illegal immigration and a wave of terror-related incidents.
The declaration was made amidst a series of terror-related events in Pakistan, compelling illegal immigrants, notably numerous Afghans, to return to their countries of origin
Pakistan's Prime Minister Anwaar ul Haq Kakar has stated that his country is fully capable of responding to the "challenges posed by 'non-state actors" and doesn't need the 'external security establishment' to do so.
He stated it without elaborating whom he meant by "non-state actors".
Addressing an audience at the ongoing Margallah Dialogue titled 'Evolving World Environment Charting the Course for Our Future' in Islamabad on Wednesday, the caretaker leader also said that external aggression had been minimised.
The Pakistani Prime Minister also stressed that the resolution of "disputes, including the Kashmir issue", was necessary for the normalisation of relations between India and Pakistan.
