The main culprit accused of the recent Parliament security breach surrendered at the police station on Kartavya Path late Thursday night. Earlier, the Delhi Police had arrested five others accused implicated in the case.
The anti-terror cell of Delhi Police plans to recreate the Lok Sabha security breach scene by taking Lalit Jha, the alleged mastermind and main accused, to the Parliament.
According to media reports quoting sources from the Special Cell of Delhi Police, Jha will be taken to the Parliament over the weekend, so the police can uncover how two people barged into the building with coloured spray and carried out this plan.
The police might also take Jha to the Gurugram house, where the accused in the case frequently gathered.

Jha, the alleged mastermind, had surrendered at the police station on Kartavya Path (the boulevard renamed 'Path of Duty' in Delhi) late Thursday night. Jha was on the run since Wednesday, after the Delhi Police had arrested five others accused in the case.

Media reports quoting sources said the man claimed that he got on a bus to Rajasthan and stayed at a hotel with two companions. However, upon discovering that the police were searching for him, he promptly returned.
He was formally arrested, and the police handed him over to the Special Cell, where he was later charged under the anti-terror law, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
Lalit Jha, originally from Bihar, was employed as a teacher in Kolkata, West Bengal. He drew his inspiration from freedom fighter Shaheed Bhagat Singh and allegedly shot videos of the accused deploying smoke canisters outside the parliament. He then handed over the recorded footage to the founder of an NGO to guarantee that they get media coverage.
