India is undeniably Russia's time-tested dost: this has been proved by numerous instances throughout this year, including by the speeches of Russian President Vladimir Putin himself.
Here are five instances from 2023 when Russian President Vladimir Putin praised India and its Prime Minister Narendra Modi:
