11 people, including all 4 terrorists directly involved in the attack at Crocus City Hall have been detained, the head of FSB reported to President Putin.
Further work is underway to identify the accomplice base in the Crocus terrorist attack case, the Kremlin's official said.
The suspects among the perpetrators of the terrorist attack at Crocus were detained near the border with Ukraine, the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC) reported.
Investigators have began interrogating the detained, the IC said.
FSB Says Investigation Ongoing
The weapons used by the terrorists had been prepared in advance in a cache, the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said.
After the terrorist act, the criminals intended to cross the border between Russia and Ukraine and had relevant contacts on the Ukrainian side, the FSB said.
As a result of actions by special services and law enforcement agencies, 11 individuals have been detained, including four terrorists directly involved in the "Crocus" attack, with further efforts underway to identify their support network.
After the attack, the criminals attempted to flee by car towards the Russian-Ukrainian border.
Thanks to coordinated efforts of special and law enforcement agencies, all four terrorists were apprehended in the Bryansk region within a few hours. They are currently being transferred to Moscow.
Efforts are underway to uncover all details of the attack. It has been determined that the attack was meticulously planned, with the weapons used by the terrorists prepared in advance in a hideout.
Following the attack, the criminals intended to cross the Russian-Ukrainian border and had corresponding contacts on the Ukrainian side.
The investigation into the attack is ongoing.
Those who organised the terrorist attack in the Crocus City Hall near Moscow will definitely be punished. Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Nikolai Patrushev told media.
"Certainly, those responsible for the mass death of people will not go unpunished," he said to Russian media.

An inspection of the premises of the concert hall and the collection of physical evidence are continuing, while emergency services are clearing the rubble.
At this time, the death toll has been determined to be 115. The death toll will continue to rise. According to preliminary data, the causes of death were gunshot wounds and poisoning by combustion products.
Preliminary results of the inspection of the premises of the concert hall indicate that the terrorists used automatic weapons in the attack, which were discovered and seized by the investigators of the Investigative Committee, along with the ammunition they left behind.
It has also been established that the terrorists used flammable liquid to set fire to the premises of the concert hall where spectators, including the wounded, were present.
The Russian FSB service reported on Friday evening that the shooting and fire occurred at the Crocus City Hall in Krasnogorsk near Moscow. According to the preliminary data, there are at least 60 dead and 115 injured.
