US police authorities are urgently seeking the public's assistance in locating a 23-year-old Indian student reported missing in California this past week.John Gutierrez, Chief of Police at CSUSB, took to his official social media account for assistance in locating Nitheesha Kandula, an Indian student at California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB), who was last seen in Los Angeles on May 28.Gutierrez urged the public to share any information regarding her whereabouts.Several incidents of Indian students going missing in the US have raised significant security concerns among members of the Indian community. In May, 26-year-old Rupesh Chandra Chintakindi was reported missing in Chicago. The investigation is still underway.In April, 25-year-old Mohammed Abdul Arfath, pursuing a Masters in IT from Cleveland University, was found dead after being reported missing in March.

US police authorities are urgently seeking the public's assistance in locating a 23-year-old Indian student reported missing in California this past week.
