During the course of the talks, the parties delved into detail on pertinent issues relating to bilateral cooperation in the sphere of defence, identified the main areas of cooperation for the next year, and reaffirmed their focus on further strengthening relevant cooperation in the spirit of a particularly privileged strategic partnership.The meeting was held in the traditional atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding for Indian-Russian relations.Earlier, on November 22, India and Russia co-chair 22nd military technical cooperation and defence industry meeting in New Delhi."The 22nd meeting of the India-Russia working group on military-technical cooperation and defence industry of the India-Russia intergovernmental commission on military and military-technical cooperation took place in New Delhi today," Indian Ministry of Defence said.
