MOSCOW (Sputnik) - Russian President Vladimir Putin submitted a bill to ratify the treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Iran to the State Duma, according to the corresponding document on the lower house's electronic database.
"To ratify the treaty on comprehensive strategic partnership between Russia and Iran, signed in Moscow on January 17, 2025," the document read.
The Russian government said on Thursday that it supports the ratification of the treaty.
