India's negotiations with Vietnam regarding the BrahMos export are in the final stages, and an announcement about the deal may come later this year, sources in defence sector told Sputnik India.Vietnam is looking to purchase coastal defence batteries and ship-to-ship missiles, similar to the Philippines. The agreement with Vietnam not only includes missiles but also other equipment and their launch systems, along with the necessary training for their use.The BrahMos missile is produced jointly by India and Russia.
